Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.Companies that have an account with GOLANUS established credit line and wish to be invoiced can do so from the website directly. During the check out process they can select the invoice option. Special pricing is honored on the website. Should your final invoice not reflect a pre-contracted rate please contact us so we can make the necessary adjustments. You will not be charged sales tax for orders shipped outside of FLA. e-sellers in charged taxes.
Product Availability
Please note that demand for an item can have an effect on our inventory. Our Online Inventory is updated regularly but there could be times when an item might not be available, in these cases we will inform you by phone or e-mail if any items in your order are unavailable. Our shipping times are calculated from the time your merchandise leaves Sublimation World. Packages are usually shipped within 24 hours of your order. This would be delayed if an order were placed over the weekend or on a holiday. Please make your arrangements accordingly.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, box size and destination of your order.The shipping method you choose takes effect if the product is available. For example, you choose "Next Day Air", your order will be delivered via Next Day Air when the product is available to ship. We will use the option selected from the customer independently of whether it appears to be a good one or not as we do not now what the ultimate reason for a choice is; so if you reside in Florida, where one of our warehouses is, and select 3 day air for a shipment rather that ground (that would probably take 2 days anyway) we will not question it. Please note that if an item is not available in one of our warehouses we will likely fill the order from another location if available there. Please select you preferred shipping method accordingly.

Sublimation World reserves the right to change the Shipping Company or Method for shipping for your package, this is sometimes necessary to provide better service. We only use couriers that have a tracking system or a Delivery Confirmation System. For example, with FedEx, USPS and UPS, you will be able to go to their respective websites ( www.fedex.com, www.usps.com or www.ups.com ) and track your package.
Order Information
Sublimation World wants to keep you as informed as possible and will send you emails regarding the status of your order. You will receive emails in the following order and/for the following issues:
1. You will automatically be sent an email order confirmation shortly after you submit your order. If you have not received this email please call us at 1.866.288.3570 to verify that the order has been placed. Your order might have not gone through for any reason or the correct email address was not entered.
2. If there is a problem with billing address or shipping address or you will be emailed or called within 1-2 business days after the order is placed.
3. If any items in your order are out of stock and/or discontinued you will be emailed or called within 1-2 business days about the items of concern.
4. Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number (FedEx, USPS or UPS).

Return Policy
Sublimation World wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is simple; we will accept any items ordered from sublimationworld.com within 30 days of receipt if the following conditions are met:
1) A full refund, minus shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee, will be approved in favor of the billed party if the item/s meet one or all of these requirements:
· Item(s) cannot be used and must remain sealed in original packaging.
· Any form of assembly or alteration of any material is considered to be used and non-returnable.
2) There are no restocking fees for merchandise exchanges or store credits.
3) A full refund will be authorized on merchandise that is received defective or damaged.
4) If you are returning ink believed to be defective please call us first and provide us with the batch number located on the label of the ink container. Please note that we will not accept a return on any ink that has been mixed with a different brand or type of ink or has been altered in any way. We will also refuse returns on Ink shipped ground to northern regions in the winter season as the damage is likely due to freezing: during the cold winter months we suggest using an expedited delivery method such as 3 day air.
5) If your item has been damaged during shipping, please refuse the package if possible. If you have already accepted the item and realize that it is damaged after you have opened the package, please contact us imediately so that we can open a claim with the shipping company; in this case we will either issue a call tag for the return of the item or simply replace it at our discretion. Either way, SublimationWORLD will replace the items or issue a credit at no cost to you.
To initiate a return, please call 1.866.288.3570 (USA) +972.50.5907050 (EMEA), or email info@sublimationworld.com with an explanation for the return. We will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number that will need to be written on the shipping box if the item is to be returned. SublimationWorld will NOT accept any returns without an RMA number marked on the outside of the shipping box. You are entirely responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to defective or damaged merchandise. You are also responsible for items lost in transit (even if originally damaged); we recommend you use a shipper such as FedEx or UPS where the package can be tracked and insured. When packing your order for return, please be sure all the original packing material, parts, accessories and instruction papers are included. We will be unable to process your return if parts are missing, or if items are further damaged due to improper packaging. Final approval of any refund amount is based on final inspection from SublimationWORLD.
